Agent Ops Stack

Building AI-agent infrastructure for small-business operations.

Marketing · SEO · Google Business Profile · Outreach · Citations · all handled by Claude Code agents

The case study is in progress.

This page is a stub while I write the full narrative + open-source the underlying skills. The short version:

The Agent Ops Stack is the infrastructure that runs the operations function of a small consumer business: marketing research, SEO content publishing, Google Business Profile posts, citation auditing, and backlink outreach. All entirely through a stack of Claude Code agents I designed and maintain. There is no marketing team. There is no SEO consultant. There is no agency retainer. There is a designer who built a system.

Each function is a discrete Claude Code skill with its own knowledge base, its own voice rules, its own competitor intel, and its own publishing surface. The skills run on schedule, draft outputs, escalate edge cases for human review, and learn from outcomes. The pattern is portable to any small consumer or B2B service business.

The case study will document the architecture (capability skills/workflows vs. reference skills/knowledge bases) and link to anonymized open-source versions of the skills you can adapt to your own ops.

Coming soon: architecture diagram, open-source skills (GitHub), behind-the-scenes on how each skill is structured, the failure modes and how they're handled, learnings after two years at production scale.
