Helped invent the mobile dApp browser with on-device transaction signing, a UX pattern Coinbase later adopted. We took crypto wallets from "20 steps and developer-only" to "3 steps and human-usable." Acquired by Metallicus, 2020.
Consumer SaaS · 2022–
Rebuilt the product operation from scratch: design system, PRD process, Mixpanel infrastructure, A/B test stack. Onboarding redesign took conversion from 47% to 97% and tripled every key metric. Subscription rate grew from 1% to 33%. Last quarter, shifted to shipping features end-to-end with Claude Code + GitHub. Full design-to-deploy in days, not weeks.
AI-native operations · 2023–
Building AI-agent ops infrastructure for small-business operations: marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile, outreach, and citation functions all handled by Claude Code agents I designed and maintain. Patterns published openly. The "designer who replaces ops with agents" experiment, running at production scale.
How I work
Full-stack design. Figma for the picture, Astro and Tailwind for the build, Claude Code for the velocity. I ship from concept to production when the situation calls for it: design systems, PRDs, A/B tests, and code reviews all on the same desk. Twelve years of taste, two years of agent infrastructure, one continuous through-line: making complex emerging technology usable for normal humans.
